Managers that use Project36’s personnel scheduling tool can do the following:

  • Create templates to use on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis by assigning a single shift or numerous shifts at once.

  • Before publication, set limits on overtime and other aspects of the timetable.
  • Before publishing, be advised of any scheduling conflicts.
  • Make available open shifts for qualified personnel to apply for.
  • Add tasks, locations, and images to each shift’s notes.
  • Directly communicate with staff
  • Send notifications to employees’ mobile phones about published schedules or modifications.

Employees can do the following actions on their mobile phone:

  • In and out clocks
  • Set their availability and change it.
  • Request a leave of absence
