If you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes the system unusable, we will be happy to consider offering a refund.

  • Refunds will be issued only within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Refunds do not apply when you’re actively using Project36.

To submit a refund request, please contact us via [email protected]. We might ask for an electronic receipt or proof of purchase if you do not contact us with the email address used for purchasing before.

If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
